Food & Performance Program . Spanning 5 weeks starting October 1, this program is designed to get rid of all of the BS in the food & health world, teach you what real food nutrition is all about, and make sure you positively impact your nutrition, your life, and your health.

-Weekly Online Webinar, which is recorded and availabe for repeated viewing, so if you can't make the live scheduled webinar, no big deal!

-PDF Handouts- these cover recipes, shopping lists, relevant guides, and other useful information. They'll be available for download each week on the private facebook group page, to help along with whatever topic we're covering.

-Private Facebook Group- this is where the Q & A happens, daily updates, posting of pictures, and posting of PDF's, Webinar Recordings, and Recipes.

-Videos- I'm making cooking videos! I want to show you how simple these recipes are, so I'll cook them for you. I'm a whiz in the kitchen.

HOW WILL THIS PROGRAM HELP YOU?

We're all on a different health journey. I want to help you wherever you're currently at. This program is "tiered", so it doesn't force you into a completely new paradigm of food before you're ready. If I throw too much at you, it will be total overwhelm, and impede the process of learning and change. So the program is tiered. Each week, the new topics we cover will have "homework", and that homework is dependant upon which tier you're in. Some people are just going to learn the difference between fats, carbs, and proteins the first week, while others are already going to start making tweaks to their rations. Wherever you're at on your health journey, this program will help you.

This program will help you change your relationship with food, understand the WHY's of nutrition, and come to the understanding of why fad diets are non-sense.

WHAT'S THE COST?

90$ for 5 weeks of training. That's less than 20$ per week, to completely improve your nutrition, your understanding of it all, and your health. If you don't think that's worth it, than I think your health priorities may be a bit out of whack!
